About the Session
 

The Ashoka LIVE event will be hosted by Prof. Arjendu Pattanayak, Professor of Physics, Carleton College.

He will begin with an hour-long workshop 'Physics for Poets' where he hopes to engage students with both philosophical and practical questions in physics, by means of a fun and interactive discussion.

Offering a unique perspective on topics that students might be familiar with, Prof. Pattanayak's session will give aspiring students a fair idea of classroom learning at Ashoka University.

The session will be followed by an Open House, where Prof. Pattanayak will be joined by Ashoka University's admissions team in answering questions about the University's academic programmes and admissions process, throwing some light on the scholarship opportunities available at Ashoka, based on students' financial need.

Ashoka LIVE: 'Authentic Leadership' at IHC, April 20, 2014

You are now registering for Ashoka LIVE: Authentic Leadership, a master class for young leaders, conducted by Dr. Pramath Raj Sinha, Founder and Trustee, Ashoka University.

Gurcharan Das, acclaimed author of India Unbound and The Difficulty of Being Good, and Anoop Prakash, the dynamic head of Harley-Davidson India, will join the conversation, sharing their experiences and thoughts on leadership.

The event will take place at the Silver Oak Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, on the 20th of April, 2014.
